By scheduling and receiving services from LoanDepot Pro Plumber, you ("Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
LoanDepot Pro Plumber offers a comprehensive range of plumbing services, including but not limited to pipe repair and replacement, drain cleaning, water heater services, leak detection, fixture installation and repair, and emergency plumbing assistance. All services are performed by licensed and insured professionals employed by LoanDepot Pro Plumber. Specific details, scope, and deliverables for individual services will be outlined in service agreements or work orders provided to the Client prior to commencement.
3.1. Estimates: All estimates provided by LoanDepot Pro Plumber are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection and may be subject to change if unforeseen conditions or additional work are required. Any changes will be communicated to the Client for approval before proceeding.
3.2. Invoices: Invoices will be issued upon completion of services, or as otherwise agreed upon in a service agreement. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified.

5.1. Scope of Liability: LoanDepot Pro Plumber shall perform services with professional skill and care. Our liability for any damages arising from negligence in the performance of services is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service that caused the damage. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages.
5.2. Pre-existing Conditions: We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, faulty materials not supplied by us, or issues caused by Client modifications or improper use of plumbing systems.
5.3. Property Damage: While we take every precaution to protect your property, minor cosmetic damage (e.g., scuffs on floors or walls) may occur during service. We will repair such damage to the best of our ability, but we are not liable for such incidental damage beyond the scope of intentional damage caused by gross negligence.
5.4. No Guarantees on Clogs: For drain cleaning services, while we strive to clear all blockages, persistent or recurring clogs may indicate deeper, more complex issues requiring further investigation and repair, which may incur additional costs.
All content, including but not limited to logos, service descriptions, and website text provided by LoanDepot Pro Plumber, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This content may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without explicit written consent from LoanDepot Pro Plumber.
Either party may terminate the service agreement under specific conditions: LoanDepot Pro Plumber may terminate if safety is compromised, payment is not made, or unforeseen circumstances prevent service completion. The Client may terminate, but may be liable for costs incurred up to the point of termination, as detailed in the service agreement.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be settled in the courts located within Miami-Dade County, Florida.
